is a wedding dress with lace and a veil w / lace lace?

my wedding is in September of 2010 – and im in love w / a certain style of dress and a specific style of veil. Both remember the 40's & 50's, but i cannot say if it's just going to look like lace over load because I love him style. PLEASE HELP so I do not look dorky!

I wish you could have posted pictures so you can see each of them and really make a good call. But no, I do not think would be too. I think it would be nice and gentle and is a look they want more people would go for.
