Slacks Size

I bought them before Christmas in a department store, but not will resume as I have the receipt. I do not wear them for a while 'and found that it is full of black balls. I can not wear the material is so ugly. 85% acrylic, 15% polyester, black, size 18W
I do not think that the store will take them back after being worn and especially without a receipt. I would at least e-mail the company and let them know what happened. I do from time to time and may offer a refund.
